I am writing this letter to highly recommend Karen’s pet sitting, rabbit care and dog walking services. We used Karen’s services (The Bunny Nanny) for over two years and throughout this time Karen was extremely reliable, dedicated and loving to our pets. During a time when we where struggling with a very sick dog, Karen always called with updates or left notes regarding his well being during the day. This allowed us to have the peace of mind we needed to work full time and monitor his illness. Later, when we adopted a new puppy who required much more individual attention, she tailored her routine to suit the puppy’s needs-again allowing us peace of mind.
With regard to reliability, I can think of only one time in the years we used Karen’s service that she ever had to miss appointments. This was due to a serious accident. Otherwise, through rain, snow, sickness and even storms-we always knew that Karen would come and take care of our dogs. Karen always spent quality time with our dogs and called or left a note there were any concerns. She was also very flexible and accommodating with our walking schedule which was wonderful given my variable schedule. We will miss her dearly and hope that we can find a replacement half as good as she has been!

I have enjoyed the services of Karen Couture for more than two years. She has invaluable in helping me care for my beloved German shepherd, Grizelda.
Every day Karen would visit my house. She would take my dog out for a walk around the block, administer her daily medication, fill her water bowl, and otherwise make sure everything was fine. Karen was accommodating when I had to travel for work. She’d visit earlier in the day or later, depending on what I was up to.
On more than one occasion I’ve had a neighbor ask me who walked my dog. They wanted to me to know that I had found a great person who took good care of my dog. I wasn’t home to watch Karen work, but my neighbors were, and they noticed.
I’d gladly recommend Karen for any future work she does with pets. I’m very sad to see her leave. Feel free to call me for more information.
